This project emerged from a long-standing family business and the trust passed between two generations. After more than three decades in the same rented facility, the company sought a permanent home that would reflect both its values and its future aspirations.

Located within a predominantly agricultural landscape, the building is conceived as a simple monolithic volume whose architectural expression is informed by the precision and efficiency of the manufacturing processes it houses. Clad in black corrugated metal, the exterior presents a restrained and durable presence within its rural setting.

The interior material palette is intentionally limited to exposed concrete and galvanized steel, creating a robust and functional environment. Carefully controlled natural light animates the spaces throughout the day, enhancing the material qualities of the building while supporting the activities within.
